What if someone is absent from their social housing due incarceration?

Certain social housing providers forbid prolonged absences from a rental unit. If your client lives in one of these social housing units, they might be at risk of losing their rent-geared-to-income subsidy and/or of being evicted if they are absent from their unit due to incarceration.
