What if someone is residing in social/community housing?

Step 1: Make sure your client contacts their ODSP caseworker to confirm their eligibility.
Step 2: If an issue remains after speaking with their worker, refer your client to a legal clinic .

General Rule: Someone who is NOT on parole but is living in a community residence could still be eligible for income support for their basic needs.
