What Is a Participation Agreement?
The Participation Agreement is a contract between Ontario Works and the applicant(s). It is put together collaboratively with the applicant and the caseworker to make sure it is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual applying. It will list the employment assistance activities that the applicant will be expected to do while receiving Ontario Works.
This Agreement must be signed by the applicant, their spouse, if they live together, and any adult family members living in the same home as the applicant.
