Does your client meet LAO’s financial eligibility requirements?
Each of Legal Aid Ontario’s services (e.g., duty counsel, legal clinics, certificates) has its own financial eligibility requirements. These requirements are based on three things:
- The number of family members in the household
- The total gross income of the household
- The total amount of assets the family has
